LSE Pre-Departure meeting

On behalf of the Polish LSE Alumni Association we would like to cordially invite you to attend a PRE-DEPARTURE MEETING which will take place on Thursday, 2ndSeptember 2010 at SKWER, KRAKOWSKIE PRZEDMIEŚCIE 60A, SKWER HOOVERA, starting at 19:00. PreDeparture events are organised globally by the respective local Alumni Associations to help freshly accepted LSE students get to know each other, current students and the alumni.
About 40 new Polish students were got in. Come and welcome them to the LSE community!
This year we have a very informal event taking place in the cool ambiente of Skwer (a spin-off of Fabryka Trzciny) in the very heart of Warsaw.

Win a Scholarship – spend two years in a boarding school in the UK
For the first time in its history the British Alumni Society is proud to announce a scholarship opportunity. The scholarship is addressed to secondary school girls. Adcote School for Girls, an excellent boarding school featured in the Good Schools Guide wishes to invite applications for two full Sixth Form scholarships, starting in September 2010 and leading to A-level examinations in 2012. The scholarships will cover the cost of tuition and boarding.
